About this model
GLM 5.3 Flash is the first natively multimodal model in the GLM-5 series from Z.ai. It is a 320B-parameter mixture-of-experts model with 18B active parameters per token, a 1M token context window, and multimodal input support for text, images, and video. Hybrid sparse and linear attention reduce long-context serving costs while preserving agentic and coding capabilities. MIT licensed open-source.
